我在求职过程中也经历了几次电话面试，个人感觉准备充分是比较关键的，以下是我从网上搜索到的一些电话面试问题，贴出来供大家参考,希望对以后的申请者有用，
1、may I speak to XXX?

3. Do you have any special or excellent idea during your research
