磁悬浮永磁电机转子系统振动抑制特性研究

摘要:磁悬浮永磁电机可以为汽车运行的动力源,磁悬浮汽车所有车轮的中间安装旋转发动机。针对磁悬浮永磁电机转子作为测试对象,在分析转子结构原理的基础上,开展转子振动信号分量特征提取分析。研究结果表明:切片双谱分析(BSA)重构后可以有效减少高斯噪声对低频微小故障特征的影响,模式混合现象得到有效抑制。相比较其它方法,BSA技术不仅具备高执行效率,且信号恢复精度大幅提高。该研究有助于提高磁悬浮永磁电机传动效率,具有很好的实际价值。

Research on Vibration Suppression Characteristics of Magnetic Levitation Permanent Magnet Motor Rotor System

Abstract: Magnetic levitation permanent magnet motors can serve as the power source for vehicle operation. Rotating engines are installed in the middle of all wheels of magnetic levitation vehicles. Taking the rotor of the magnetic levitation permanent magnet motor as the test object, based on the analysis of the rotor’s structural principle, the feature extraction and analysis of the rotor vibration signal components are carried out. The research results show that after slice bisspectral analysis (BSA) reconstruction, the influence of Gaussian noise on the low-frequency micro-fault features can be effectively reduced, and the mode mixing phenomenon is effectively suppressed. Compared with other methods, BSA technology not only has high execution efficiency, but also significantly improves the accuracy of signal recovery. This research is conducive to improving the transmission efficiency of magnetic levitation permanent magnet motors and has great practical value.

永磁电机作为一种具备体积小、动力输出效率高、质量轻等优异特性的动力设备,已在工业领域如新能源汽车获得广泛应用,也受到了众多学者的高度重视[1]。磁悬浮轴承系统由于具备无需维护、控制精密、环保、持久稳定运行等优势,在交通行业表现出显著优势,能有效满足高速领域的应用需求[2]。
