建筑QP985/CFRP结构钢层合板三点弯曲回弹分析

   摘要:高层建筑快速发展对钢材力学性能提出更高要求,单纯钢板已经无法满足高强度要求。选择热冲压方法来实现QP985高强钢与碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)的连接,通过高强钢模具淬火实现树脂升温。开展层合板三点弯曲实验,研究结果表明:将工具头外形从10mm提高到20mm后,形成了更大的回弹量,小工具头直径能够起到降低制件回弹量的效果。板厚从1mm提高至2mm,回弹量从0. 35mm提高至0. 42mm,提高比例达到17%。提高板厚后,形成了更大的弯曲应力,存在弯曲变形恢复引起的回弹现象,使得板厚增加时造成了更大程度的回弹。该研究有助于提高层合板的力学性能方面研究,为后续综合强度提高奠定一定的理论基础。

   Abstract: The rapid development of high-rise buildings puts forward higher requirements for the mechanical properties of steel, and simple steel plates can no longer meet the high strength requirements. The hot stamping method is selected to realize the connection of QP985 high-strength steel and carbon fiber reinforced composite (CFRP), and the resin temperature is raised by quenching the high-strength steel mold. Three point bending experiments of laminate were carried out, and the results showed that: after the shape of the tool head was increased from 10mm to 20mm, a larger springback was formed, and the diameter of the small tool head could reduce the springback of the workpiece. The thickness of the plate is increased from 1mm to 2mm, and the rebound is increased from 0.35mm to 0.42mm, increasing the proportion to 17%. After the plate thickness is increased, a greater bending stress is formed, and there is a rebound phenomenon caused by the recovery of bending deformation, which causes a greater degree of rebound when the plate thickness is increased. This study is helpful to improve the mechanical properties of laminates and lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent improvement of comprehensive strength.
