负荷下19TCI共轨柴油机喷油策略燃烧噪声预测

摘要:柴油机工作会产生很大辐射噪声,对其振动辐射噪声控制技术的研究是目前的一个热点。根据声学本质等效成线性传递形式,实现了燃烧噪声传递函数的线性化处理。选择19TCI电控共轨柴油机开展测试,结合喷油控制方案以及实际负荷特征建立噪声传递函数并寻优,对负荷传递函数开展评价。研究结果表明:不同转速传递函数满足负荷一致性验证,能够满足精度控制要求。该研究有助于提高柴油机燃烧效率,也可拓宽到其它热能设备上,具有很宽的应用价值。

Combustion noise prediction of 19TCI electronically controlled common rail diesel engine with fuel injection strategy under load

Abstract: Diesel engine work will produce a lot of radiation noise, the research on vibration radiation noise control technology is a hot spot at present. According to the acoustic essence equivalent to linear transfer form, the combustion noise transfer function is linearized. A 19TCI electronically controlled common rail diesel engine was selected for testing, and the noise transfer function was established and optimized according to the injection control scheme and actual load characteristics. The load transfer function was evaluated. The results show that the different speed transfer functions can satisfy the load consistency verification and the precision control requirements. This research is helpful to improve the combustion efficiency of diesel engine, and can also be extended to other thermal equipment, which has a wide application value.

0 引言
为适应当前越来越严格的国家排放法规,同时满足实际使用过程对动力系统输出动力与舒适度的高要求,柴油发动机因具备优异动力性能以及污染物排放少、寿命长等多项优异性能而在工业领域获得了越来越多的应用推广[1]。
前期已有较多国外学者开展了关于燃烧噪声传递函数方面的研究工作,国内学者则主要从理论层面进行研究, 综合分析了影响因素、能量传递和灵敏度因素[4-5]。开展理论计算时,将燃烧噪声传递达到一致的条件进行应用,对各工况缺少实际验证过程,还有许多学者对发动机燃烧噪声开展了时频域分析[6-7]。相关方面的研究吸引了很多的学者,取得了一定的成果。吴彪等[9]基于近场声全息技术及空间快速傅里叶变换开发柴油机噪声测试,具有对噪声进行频域分析及识别的功能,系统仿真时能准确识别已知声源信号。王鑫等[10]通过试验增加消声环、进气空滤包裹吸(未完,下一页)
